Small Chef’s Knife 18cm
Tojiro Supreme Japanese Knives are extremely sharp, they are made from 32 layers of fine Damascus steel. The handle is made of non – slip sandblasted stainless steel making these knives have a striking apperance. The handles are also comfortable to hold.
Tojiro Supreme knives are best sharpened with a Whetstone or Ceramic sharpener, these will keep the edge of the knives sharp. To maintain a good sharpness it is best to sharpen your knives each time you use them.
