Unique in design to Cellar Dine the electric o2 electronic wine breather enables you to enjoy your bottle of wine sooner. Normally you would have let your bottle of red to breathe for an absolute minimum of 2 hours before consumption to allow the grape to breathe enabling you to enjoy the bouquet and flavours of the wine. The handy Rouge o2 cuts the 2 hours down to 1 minute, by gently bubbling air through the wine which in turn releases its fully bouquet and flavours.
Therm au Rouge
To enjoy a bottle of red wine to the full, it must be served at a minimum/maximum room temperature of between 62 – 65f as standard. The problem comes when you have stored your wine outside and need to get the bottle of wine up to the correct temperature quickly without harming your bottle of wine. The Therm au Rouge is the perfect solution. It will gently warm your bottle wine to the perfect temperature ready for you to enjoy!
