This electric knife harpener is the latest from Chefs Choice and is the ultimate chefs choice sharpener. With a three stage sharpening system which produces a “Trizor-Plus” edge on all knives. Suitable for Asian style, fillet and butchers’ knives. It can be used on both straight edge and serrated knives.
Stages 0ne and two uses diamond abrasive discs while stage three has proprietary stropping discs to create a super-sharp finish to the blade. The detachable section housing the sharpeners is replaceable and may be used in a dishwasher.
